Held at Mediacorp’s MES Theatre, we took home 31 silver and two gold awards at the latest edition of the Singapore Health Quality Service Award (SHQSA). This is certainly a milestone worth celebrating as this is the most awards we have received in a year since the award’s inception in 2011. This is encouraging as it gives us even more motivation to pursue high quality of service as it recognises our efforts in service practices.
The awards were presented by Mr Gan Kim Yong, Minister for Health, Singapore, who was also the Guest of Honour for the award ceremony. The SHQSA awards healthcare professionals who have delivered quality care and excellent service.
