After two months worth of training, it was nice to witness them complete the course and enjoy the fruit of their success at the peak. We took time off that very Saturday morning to cheer our residents on as well as exercise at the same time. Some of our staff even chose to do the more strenuous course of 3.2km. Despite the weather being very hot (most of us were panting and sweating buckets at the summit), it was still a great bonding session for everyone<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.econhealthcare.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/news_gym_5-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-869\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We hope through this activity, our residents will be inspired to believe in themselves, because you\u2019re never too old to achieve anything you set your heart on.
