This year, our nursing staff at ECON Healthcare Group have done us proud by garnering 17 Silver Awards at the Singapore Health Quality Service Awards! This is a shining testament to our well-deserving nursing staff who have been diligently working towards excellence in service quality and care every day. This achievement is nothing less than a team effort with great contributions from everyone in our ECON family.
Organised by the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre since 2011, the Singapore Health Quality Service Award is Singapore’s first dedicated platform to honour healthcare professionals who have delivered quality care and excellent service to patients. Each year, the event draws strong participation from public and private healthcare institutions, community hospitals and the Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) sector. To date, ECON Healthcare Group has garnered 53 Singapore Health Quality Service Awards since 2012.
